Refund & Cancellation
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how order cancellations, complaints, and refunds are handled for grocery orders.
Before fulfillment
If a customer needs to cancel or change an order before preparation or dispatch, the customer should contact the store as quickly as possible using the listed support details.
The store will review whether the order or affected items can still be changed or canceled based on preparation progress, stock handling, and delivery or pickup timing.
Perishable grocery items
For many grocery products, especially fresh, chilled, frozen, or other items liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, a general change-of-mind return may not apply after handover.
Where Belgian or EU withdrawal rights do not apply because of the nature of the goods, this policy should be read accordingly.
Problems with an order
If a customer receives the wrong item, a materially damaged item, or a product that appears unsuitable on arrival, the customer should contact the store promptly with the order reference and relevant details.
Depending on the situation, the store may offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, partial refund, cancellation of the affected item, or another reasonable resolution.
Refund method
If an order was paid online by card, any approved refund will be sent back through the same payment flow used at checkout.
If an order was arranged with an offline payment method such as cash on delivery or pay in store, any approved refund or adjustment will be handled according to the practical payment context of that order.
Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory legal rights that apply to consumers under Belgian or EU law.
